Picture 1 : Picture 1 is leading lines. I took the photo because I was walking from class at the basketball courts thinking about my next class photography and the assignment i needed to do. I saw leading lines going down the steps and had the idea to take this picture. I took the photo on my phone camera and from a high angle.

Picture 2: Picture 2 is framing. I took the photo because I had the idea of making the frame from a part of the door and framing a person in between the cage on the window. I sued my phone camera.

Picture 3: Picture 3 is symmetry. I was passing a door in the school building and i saw 2 pictures on each side of a name tag on a door. I thought to myself that that looks pretty symmetrical and i decided to use that as my symmetry photo.

Picture 4: Picture 4 is balance. I was outside and i saw this residence with 2 bushes in front of it. The bushes on each side, along with the same amount of windows on each side adds balance to the photo.

Picture 5: Picture 5 is negative space. I took the photo because of all the negative space photos i've saw i don't think i've seen one that was of something on the ground. I was trying to think outside the box and i took the photo by standing on an elevated surface and without getting my shadow into the photo and snapping the photo from a gods eye view angle.

Picture 6: Picture 6 is rule of thirds. I was outside and I thought that we have a lot of land on campus that isn't being used. I thought to myself i could take a rule of thirds photo highlighting the land that we've built on (the building) and the land yet to be built on (the trees and land).
